For product orders, Preferred Customer signup, shipping status and account issues, use the tools and help options inside the official 4Life Australia shop. Fulfilment for AU orders is typically from the NZ warehouse; the Australian office is closed.

This site does not currently include a working server-side contact form handler. Please use the email above, or your usual channel with this distributor / the official shop help tools. If EK later adds a form endpoint, fields can be wired then — we will not invent a backend or a new email address.
